THE LARGEST IRAQI-KURDISH BLOGGERS UPDATE IN THE BLOGOSPHERE - NOVEMBER: PART I
My Wild Wild Life By MG
Yes, it's time once again for the Largest Iraqi-Kurdish Bloggers Update in the Blogosphere
Ladybird has been a naughty naughty girl recently. She's removed all her archives. What are you trying to hide Lady Sweetie? What are you trying to hide? And she's been deleting her posts too. Who can forget everyone's favorite screed by Soccer Star Maradonna saying: Bush Is A Murderer, But Castro Is Like A God To Me. That's been deleted. Gone. Disappeared. Who do you think you are Ladybird, Raed Jarrar?
And speaking of the Jarrars, Iraqi blogger Caesar of Pentra from In Iraq, sex is like snow spanks an unnamed Jarrar family member, likely Khalid:
Jarrar, if you have a problem with me you can discuss it with me directly. Just don’t panic! I don’t sting or bite anyway!
C’mon, you know what I’m talking about cuz Anarki13 transmitted your message to me.
It is the fact that you all are maltese and um just a psycho centerpiece!!
Caesar then comes through with an interesting post on the Erotic Nature of Spanking.
Fay at Iraqi in America is providing strong coverage on jailed Egyptian Blogger Abdolkarim Nabil Seliman, including a
Petition you can sign to set him free.
Hammorabi Sam provides a succint look at the upcoming Iraqi Election:
The next government is going to be certainly a coalition one. None of the mentioned list will achieve a majority making them able to form a government by themselves. However the coalition this time may not be between the Kurds and one of the top list groups. It may be between two or three coalitions or even the small parties may play a role to balance the coalition like what is happening in Israel. Certainly the Sunni groups are coming as a major player this time and they may influence the next coalition government strongly.
That Baghdad Girl Raghda is
Cat Blogging up a storm. Check out all her cute Cat pictures and drop her a few words of kindness and tell her to put in more Siamese cats.
Attawie is an Iraqi Poet, even if she doesn't know it:
The Dream Has Gone.
Open your eyes.
The dream has gone.
There's nothing to add
After what has been said 'n' done.
We know it was not real.
But we lived it all the way.
We ignored the deal
And now our hearts sway...
Haneen at Photos From Iraq has just that, lots of Iraqi photographs including Eid Celebrations, Old and New Baghdad, and more.
Science-Iraqi Review is asking for help for Baghdad University and the Science in Iraq in general. Baghdad University -- if you believe the Al Guardian articles posted there, and the Guardian generally skews things in the worst light possible against the US -- apparently had a lot of their equipment stolen during the period of looting and need replacements. There was also the general breakdown in the Sciences and the Ph. D. flight during Saddam's administration, so, Iraq needs to rebuild that infrastructure.
Pearls From Iraq is a new Iraqi-Kurdish blog that tries to unearth the hidden gems within life and all of us.
Ays at Iraq at a Glance posts irregularly these days, but doesn't like the New Constitution:
what is that silly constitution? what AlJa'fari is doing in Iraq, he is driving it to hell..
He is the one who's starting the civil war..
of course all of you are happy with the voting thing, but wait what will happen in the coming months.
Obviously the Sunnis do not want this constitution... AlJa'fari is Shiite in an Iranian style (to the extent that he rejected the idea and the proofs that Iran is playing a role in terror attacks starting from south of Iraq)... most of the government chairs are shiite.. and there are attacks against the Sunni parties' centers (I think the government stands behind all of that), Sunnis will not stay silent, and wait for the fire.
Alaa at Children's Voice From Iraq has lots of pictures of suffering Iraqi kids and talks about the former Iraqi Government and Insurgent Terrorists using children as Pawns in War:
Iraqi kids have been tool for all these wars that Iraq had it and still have it . I will give you real examples that I saw it and see it . The war on the 1991 I raqi government hid some weapons and military truks at schools this continued in some schools till 1996 . I remember that days very well but I wasn't understanding what was going on exactly .
Now has no big difference than past the last war 2003 same government was hiding rockets at some hospitals .
The terror in the Iraq are using Iraqi kids' weaknes and ignorance and using them in their terrorism oprations , I have real stories how some kids were used by terrorists and I will post it in my coming posts . poor kids are ready to do every thing for some candy , Imagine putting bomb bag and giving it to the kid to take it to the opration area may be it is hard to belive it but if check very well you will find more than this . Using kid to kill as prepring those kids soldiers for them there is more than this but leave you guys to check and find it .

Free Writer delves in to new mnemonic
properties of water:
An eye-opening theory showing how water is deeply connected to people's individual and collective consciousness. Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr. Masaru Emoto describes the ability of water to absorb, hold, and even retransmit human feelings and emotions. Using high-speed photography, he found that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward it. Music, visual images, words written on paper, and photographs also have an impact on the crystal structure. Emoto theorizes that since water has the ability to receive a wide range of frequencies, it can also reflect the universe in this manner. He found that water from clear springs and water exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns, while polluted water and water exposed to negative thoughts forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.

Dr. Humanity is out on the World's Longest Doctor's Appointment.
The Iraqi Roulette Guy is reassured somewhat about the diminishing role of the hardline Shia and Clergy in the upcoming elected government:
The Second day of The Eid a dear dear friend of ours came with his family to visit, he is a prominent lawyer from Basrah . We all sat talking and exchanging the latest ,I have to mention; he is a chronicle optimist, an optimist beyond help and cure ……
He told us that Shias now, especially the intelligentsia have had enough , and they are not going to put up with any semi literate clergy men any more., he told us that Basrah has been actually converted to a small Islamic republic under the noses of the Brits , no woman even dares to go out without a proper scarf and robe, the colleges are play grounds for all sorts of fanatics, imposing their improvised rules that have actually nothing to do with religion, and Basrah now is also a center of drug smuggling from Iran to Iraq , Oil is also being smuggled peacefully and the benefactors are well known .
- So far there is nothing to be happy about. I said
– Apparently , but observe what is developing from all this : Najaf and Karbala are not better , Sistani has declared ( at last ) that he does not support any one, thus not repeating the drastic mistake he made last time supporting al Hakeem, Jafari ,Chalabi package, ,which obliged most Shias then to follow his advice or rather “decree” to be more accurate . Al Sader , unstable and disturbed as he is ,yet still enjoying popularity in the streets left Al Hakeem after the latter declared that he joined him . All that isolates the hard liners , and with all the mess they have been causing, with all the assassinations carried out by them , it will certainly cost them seats and ultimately the whole Government .
- But what if the votes are faked like during the referendum, I said
– Well we just have to hope not , it is the last chance or , else welcome the Spanish inquisition once more .
– In other words you fear the same things I do , you have the same information , but you are an optimist and I am a pessimist , am I missing some thing here? .
– I have still not lost faith and trust in the Iraqi intelligentsia , I believe it will prevail in the end .
I really needed that , I choose to live on that hope too.
